Quinta do Convento White Wine shows lemon yellow wine with greenish tinges. Aromas of white fruit, a slight floral and deeply mineral. A very intense wine in the mouth based on a refreshing acidity where minerality again stands out.

In the oldest wine region in the world, the Quinta da Penalva or Perdiz was born in the 1990s. This arose from the joining of small plots of land, mostly old vines, inherited from ancestors for whom the cultivation of vines was of little secret, as they had always done it. Later, and already with the current owner, more parcels were added, thus joining the old vines to new plantations, cultivated using the most recent planting techniques
