<p></p><p>Located in the heart of the Douro, Quinta do Sagrado has 20 hectares of terraced vineyards. The vineyards planted in 14 plots separated by vineyards, in addition to its privileged situation, washed by the river and impacted by all the diversity of the Douro, give Quinta a unique production of quality and high reputation.</p>

<p></p><p>For more than three centuries, the Paço do Conde Estate has been owned by the Castelo Branco family. The origin of one of the oldest agricultural enterprises in the country, founded in 1928 under the name Sociedade Agrícola Paço do Conde, is now managed by the current owners, José António Ferrão Castelo Branco, Luís Miguel Ferrão Castelo Branco and Maria Luísa Castelo Branco Schmidt, grandchildren of the founder.</p>

From selected grapes from their 130 hectares, a quality wine is born with character and the scent of the Douro.</p>
<p></p><p>As well as being one of the most famous wine estates in the world and a producer of exceptional Vintage Port, Quinta de Vargellas is also the source of one of the best olive oils in the Douro. Predominantly of the Madural, Verdeal and Cordovil varieties, olive trees can be found throughout the property.</p> <p>The oil, which has an exceptionally low acidity, is extracted from the first cold pressing of the olives and is classified as Extra Virgin.</p>
<p></p><p>The production of wines is a familiar tradition for Domingos Alves de Sousa: his father and grandfather had already been Douro winemakers.</p>

The housing, rebuilt and expanded in the first quarter of the last century, lends the name to the property, because of the yellow color with which it is painted . <p></p><p>The decision to plant the vineyard of Quinta das Bajancas was taken in 1993 and the most suitable vine varieties were studied for the soil and climate conditions of the place</p>
<p></p><p>12Quinta do Ventozelo is one of the largest and oldest Douro Quintas. It has been passing through different hands over the centuries, hands that shaped it and transformed it to what it is today.</p>
<p></p><p>Located in the heart of the Douro Demarcated Region, Quinta da Deserta has its vineyards rooted between the banks of the river Tavora and the river Douro, in schistose soils. The combination of very hot, dry summers and cold, wet winters results in low yields but with high quality grapes.<br />The products sold from Quinta da Deserta are certified.</p>
