Med en dyb rød farve, Quinta do Carmo ReservaRød har en kompleks duft med noter af røde frugter såsom jordbær.Hints af orange blomst, kaffe og krystalliseret frugt.På palatet er denne vin stærk med en god volumen og med en afbalanceret tilstedeværelse af tanniner.

Quinta do Carmo ligger i Alentejo-regionen, et par kilometer fra byen Estremoz.Det er en typisk ejer af Alentejo, med en samlet ea på 1000 ha, som omfatter 100 hektar oliventræer, korn, afgrøder og skove af kork egetræer

God fornøjelse: Meat cooked the traditional Alentejo manner, game dishes or strong cheeses such as Azeitão cheese, parmesan shavings or camembert.
Smagsnoter: Aroma with notes of red fruits such as strawberry, hints of orange blossom, rich coffee and crystallised fruit. On the palate, this wine is strong with a good volume and with a balanced presence of tannins.
Forbrug: 16 - 18ºC
Vinificering: Each variety is vinified separately and goes under the a traditional vinification and fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation follows a prolonged nskin maceration (7 to 15 days).
Aldring: 18 months in French oak
