Its winemaking process focuses on preserving freshness, involving light maceration at low temperatures and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with thermal control. This results in a wine of a carnation color with a lively aroma of red fruits and notes of jam.
Herdade do Pico Red Wine presents a garnet color and a lively aroma of red fruits with notes of jam; in the mouth it is fresh, elegant and persistent. With an alcohol content of 14.5%, it is ideal to accompany dishes of red meats, roasts, traditional stews and cheese boards.
