- This wine has aroma of raspberry, raisins, toffee, cherry cough drop and mocha. Warm and dry on the palate with flavors of strawberry and citrus
- Vinification
- The grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified in a careful maceration with extraction of coloour, tannins and aroma, complemented by permanent pumping-over during fermentation. This process takes place in vats at a controlled temperature (28-30ºC)
