On the palate, it is fresh, bone dry, with a long finish, perfect for pairing with white meat dishes and cheeses</p> <p>Sem Igual Orange pairs wonderfully with richly structured and naturally fatty foods such as lamb, duck, or pork, especially when seasoned with orange or citrus.
