<p></p><p>M.O.B. Garrafeira is a wine that perfectly encapsulates the tradition and distinctive character of the Dão. Made from old vines and benefiting from prolonged ageing, this red reveals an impressive harmony between depth, freshness and elegance.</p> <p>On the nose, it has a youthful yet complex and sophisticated aroma. Notes of noble spices from the barrel ageing stand out, surrounded by layers of ripe fruit and mineral ‘nuances’, with an intriguing hint of hot iron.</p> <p>On the palate, the aromatic promise is confirmed: the structure is full and creamy, supported by vibrant acidity and dense but very well integrated tannins. The wine maintains a remarkable balance, with a fresh and refined profile, leading to a broad, long and precise finish.</p> <p></p>

<p></p><p>Quinta da Lomba White Wine not only embodies everything that the Dão region’s grape varieties have to offer but also the splendour of its hundred-year-old vines.</p> <p>The palate impresses with its elegance, firm structure, and saline, spicy profile. The wine’s acidity points to the vineyard’s granite soils and lends the wine freshness as well as a lingering, complex finish. This is a very serious and unique white wine which will mature beautifully in the bottle and should be enjoyed out of Burgundy-style wine glasses</p>

<p></p><p>At the end of the 90's, with the development of the activity, João Pedro Araújo's family decided to acquire Quinta da Vegia, in order to start producing red wines.</p> <p>Located in the Dão Region, next to the town of Penalva do Castelo, it currently has 20 ha of vineyards. His mindset followed a careful choice of grape varieties - Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, Alfrocheiro and Tinto Cão, Encruzado and Bical - in order to create Quinta da Vegia wines.</p>
