<p>Quinta da Pedreira Reserva Bruto Sparking Rosé Wine is texclusively made with Baga grape variety.</p> <p>The wine was made using an open top process and gentle pressing of the grapes to extract the ideal color.</p> <p>Fermentation was spontaneous and there was no need to use a refrigeration system.</p>

<p>Quinta da Pedreira Grande Reserva Bruto is a citrus-colored sparkling wine, with fine bubbles, persistent and smooth. Now much less rustic than previous vintages, this great reserve retains its full-bodied profile, with complex aromas and flavors of quince, jam, dried fruit and cookies. Serious and dry, compact, with moderate acidity, perfect for the table.</p>
