<p>Quinta de Saes Tobias Curtimenta White Wine is a single-varietal wine made from the Cercial (or Cerceal Branco) grape, and it's renowned for its unique profile. This profile is largely due to a winemaking process that involves skin contact, which subtly aligns it with the style of the so-called "orange wines". However, it still preserves the freshness and elegance that are characteristic of the Dão region. It has a well-balanced alcohol content ranging between 12.5% and 13%, and it is aged in stainless steel vats which help maintain its aromatic purity and its distinct minerality.<br /><br />On the nose, this wine is delicate and expressive, revealing mineral notes that evoke stone, complemented by white fruit such as green apple, hints of orange peel, and subtle touches of fennel and tea. On the palate, it displays good structure and volume, which are supported by a vibrant and firm acidity that emphasizes its mineral component. The finish is persistent and refreshing, leaving sensations of fresh herbs and fruit. This wine is a testament to the quality and uniqueness of the wines produced in the Dão region.</p>

<p>The Conde de Anadia wines, originating from the Palace of the Condes Anadia in Mangualde-Viseu, are steeped in rich history, dating back to their inception in the 18th century. Nestled within the majestic walls of the Palace lies 10 hectares of lush vineyards, situated at an altitude of 500 meters on granite-rich soils. The vineyards are beautifully framed to the west by the imposing Serra da Estrela and bordered by the estate's own forest. As part of the demarcated region of the Dão (sub-region Terras de Azurara), the Palace vineyards proudly grow typical varieties of the Dão region, including Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Jaen and Encruzado. These vineyards are where the extraordinary Conde de Anadia wines take root, flourishing under the Portuguese sun before being transformed into the revered wines they are today.</p>
