<p>Valea Vale DA Mata Roșu prezintă o gunoaie adâncă Ruby sau Garnet, oferind o aromă fină, complexă de fructe roșii și negre, cum ar fi Cherry, Zmeura și BlackBerry, alături de indicii de mineralitate proaspătă și condimente subtile. Pe palat, este bine echilibrat și elegant, cu tanini netede și aciditate vibrantă care duc la o finisare lungă și persistentă. Acest vin versatil de vin roșu excelent cu carne roșie la grătar, mâncăruri de paste hețoase cu sosuri de carne, fripturi și bucătărie tradițională portugheză.</p>

<p></p><p>This fortified wine dates back to the 14th century and reached its golden period by the laborious hands and sharp mind of Sebastião José de Carvalho e Melo - Marquês de Pombal and Conde de Oeiras. Carcavelos' wine ran the world. It entered the most varied cultures. It has even given part of its 'soul' to Port wine in order to give it a 'body' and a superior taste. From this fertile and auspicious period, it fell to levels that without the intervention of the municipality was expected to cease to exist.</p> <p>It took hold and recovered and today, the vineyard continues to produce, on the hillside facing the Tejo, in the land that has always been fertile, shaken by the wind that is typical of us, the grape varieties.
