<p>Raiva do Alva is produced from the Encruzado, Cerceal Branco, Malvasia Fina and Síria grape varieties. It is dark yellow in colour. On the nose it is fresh and complex, with mineral notes of stone, gunpowder, citrus fruit, apricot and lemongrass. On the palate it is ample, subtly fresh and with acidity carrying the flavours to a persistent finish.</p>
