With a capacity to produce 300,000 liters per year, it reflects, like the wines it produces, a rigorous approach that goes beyond the purity of the architectural lines. The entire wine cellar was designed with a focus on sustainability and functionality through the intelligent use of technology and energy.

Soils decisively characterize the wines of the Monte Branco winery. Calcareous soils, the basis of good production, combine with shale spots, poor and austere soil, source of concentration, acidity and aroma.
