This 100% Tinta Carvalha, the only one monovarietal in Portugal. A bewildering wine, that shown the role of this varietal in the old vineyards of Alentejo. Freshness and purity.</span></p>
<p></p><p>A different white wine, marked by the carving, based first on the fruit and freshness of the varieties, with a second dimension dominated by the earthy, almost chemical notes of the carving. In the mouth some texture, always supported in tension and acidity</p>
<p></p><p>Ruby colour with some violet hints, medium concentration. On the nose, lots of red woodland fruit, some undergrowth. Fresh attack, good fruit with hints of pomegranate. Very fine, long and structured.</p>
<p></p><p>Monte Bluna Tinta Miúda Red Wine has a vibrant purple color, stands out for its elegance and character from start to finish. Disruptive due to its unusual precision and freshness, yet complex and distinctive. In the aroma is captivating and charming in the fruits of wild berries, violets, nuances of vine shoot, hints of cocoa and earthy. Evolves in pleasant balsamic notes, in a limestone mineral background. In the mouth it is wide, with energetic and vibrant fruit, lickerish, somewhat irreverent, with captivating freshness and structure, fine-grained tannins, intense and firm. The end is long, persistent and even disconcerting!</p> <p></p>

<p>On the tasting notes, the AdegaMãe Viognier presents a bright, clear citrus to straw-yellow color. The nose offers a perfume of Atlantic expression, with prominent notes of white peach, apricot, and other white fruits, complemented by elegant floral aromas (like honeysuckle or violet). On the palate, it is described as voluptuous and structured, with good volume and a creamy texture that is well-balanced by refreshing acidity, leading to an intense and persistent finish. This aromatic and structured wine pairs exceptionally well with a variety of dishes, including fish and seafood, poultry and pork, creamy pasta dishes, soft cheeses, and even spicy Asian cuisine</p>
