It is crafted by Fundação Eugénio de Almeida from a blend of Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Trincadeira, and Syrah grapes, all grown in granitic soils within the Alentejo region. The winemaking process involves controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats at temperatures between 24-27ºC, designed to produce a fresh and approachable wine.
After fermentation, the wine undergoes filtration and stabilization before being bottled, ensuring a consistent and pleasant drinking experience. This well-balanced wine is best enjoyed when served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC, making it an excellent and versatile choice for a wide range of casual moments
