

Cartuxa Reserva Bruto is a premium sparkling wine from Alentejo, crafted with rigorously selected grapes harvested at perfect ripeness for sparkling base wine. The first fermentation takes place in French oak barrels at controlled temperature, followed by six months of aging on fine lees with bâtonnage. The second fermentation occurs in bottle using the traditional method, with a long maturation of seven years on the lees in the cellars of the Cartuxa Monastery, ensuring remarkable finesse and complexity.
Cartuxa Reserva Bruto shows bright and elegant, it shows delicate aromas of citrus and white fruits combined with subtle brioche and toasted notes. On the palate, it is fresh and refined, with lively acidity, fine bubbles, and a creamy texture that leads to a long, persistent finish. With 12.5% alcohol, this sparkling wine is best served at 10 ºC and makes a perfect companion for seafood, shellfish, sushi, or as a sophisticated aperitif.
