    This wine presents complex notes of fruits of white stone, melon, cashew and vanilla. The palate is rich and smooth, full of fruit and a harmonious acidity. Very gastronomic
    Vinification
    Grapes harvested during the cool dawn period were stalked and pressed. Decantation at low temperature for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures for 15 days in the tank, followed by a stage in fine lees with regular agitation
