    Tasting Notes
    In the nose is very rich in fruity aromas with notes of red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries. In the mouth it is fresh, with good acidity with notes of cherry, honey and grapefruit
    Vinification
    Vinified in order to extract fresh and fruity flavors the grapes are pressed with a slight maceration to extract color during pressing. The fermentation at low temperatures helps to preserve the wine’s aromas and freshness
