<p></p><p>Vinurile lui Solar dos Lobos sunt rezultatul unei selecții triple de clustere care au venit numai din 75 ha de podgorie. Prima selecție începe în apropierea etapei pictorului, unde se face o subțiere de ciorchini, pentru a selecta doar cele care vor permite obținerea calității maxime. Cea de-a doua selecție are loc în timpul recoltei, când lucrătorii sunt avertizați să taie doar strugurii care sunt în condiții sanitare perfecte. Cea de-a treia selecție se face în timpul intrării de struguri de vinuri, deoarece recoltul este descărcat de la 20 kg cutii la covorașul de alegere, unde 2 până la 4 persoane elimină toate frunzele, ramurile și clusterele care nu arată prea verde sau prea matur.</p>
