    Colheitias sunt datate cu bătălii în butoaie mici. Cerința minimă de vârstă este de 7 ani, dar tradiția de la Nieport este de a îmbătrâni mai mulți ani înainte de îmbutelierea. Vinul ia o nuanță tawny. Tonurile din lemn și nuci sunt evidente pe palat datorită îmbătrânirii lentă a vinului în butoaiele vechi. Colheita merge bine cu deserturi de fructe uscate și cu portugheză "Leite Creme Queimado". Ca demaror, combinația cu Foie G este impresionantă
