

Cartuxa Bruto Rosé is an elegant sparkling wine made exclusively from Touriga Nacional, grown in the granitic soils of Alentejo. Hand-harvested and carefully selected, the grapes are pressed as whole clusters with only the delicate cuvée must retained. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature, followed by six months on fine lees with bâtonnage. A second fermentation in bottle, using the traditional method, is followed by at least 36 months of aging on the lees in the cellars of the Cartuxa Monastery, ensuring finesse and complexity.
Delicate in color and refined in character, Cartuxa Bruto Rosé reveals aromas of red berries, floral notes, and subtle hints of toast. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with fine bubbles, balanced acidity, and a creamy texture that leads to a long, elegant finish. With 13% alcohol, this sparkling rosé is best served at 10 ºC and pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, light pasta dishes, or as a stylish aperitif.
