<p></p><p>Located in the heart of Bairrada, in São Lourenço do Bairro, where tradition in wine production goes back to 1930.<br />Inaugurated in 2007, Quinta do Encontro, a winery with the signature of the architect Pedro Mateus, is located in the vineyard landscape, in full harmony with nature, and is the result of a different and innovative vision of making and communicating the wines of Bairrada Region</p>
<p>Delicate in color and refined in character, Cartuxa Bruto Rosé reveals aromas of red berries, floral notes, and subtle hints of toast. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with fine bubbles, balanced acidity, and a creamy texture that leads to a long, elegant finish. With 13% alcohol, this sparkling rosé is best served at 10 ºC and pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, light pasta dishes, or as a stylish aperitif.</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta Vale d'Aldeia – located in the Meda region in the heart of the Upper Douro – is a project born of one family’s effort and dedication, with the main aim of producing outstanding wines. </p>
<p></p><p>In 1917, Lago Cerqueira founds the Caves of Calçada with the construction of a cellar in the House. Casa da Calçada, moreover, had long produced wines, and had a crown that proved it: that which is today the oldest vineyard in the region.</p> <p></p>
<p>This sparkling wine shows a deeply complex and elegant profile, marked by notes of dried fruits, candied citrus, subtle toast, and a touch of salinity from the extended aging process. The palate is creamy yet vibrant, with refined bubbles, balanced acidity, and a long, mineral finish. With around 12% alcohol, Vadio Solera is both a gastronomic and contemplative sparkling wine, reflecting time, patience, and the unique identity of Bairrada’s terroir.</p>
<p></p><p>The wine production in this place dates back at least to the 18th century. But it was in 2003 that there was the rebirth of the current Quinta dos Abibes whose terroir is already an inescapable symbol of Bairrada</p> <p></p>
