

Biaia Red is made from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz grape varieties. Fermentation in stainless steel and half of the blend ages in used French oak barrels for 8 months.
It presents a wine rich in fresh red fruit aromas and vegetal notes of resin, cork oak and rock-rose, with a rich and dense flavour and freshness which makes it an excellent company to rich Portuguese gastronomy.
Quinta da Biaia is certified for organic production from grape to bottle, which enhances all its unique characteristics and profile, combined with an average altitude of 750 meters giving rise to wines with a strong acidity that is its backbone.
No synthetic or animal product is used in the winemaking process. The wines can be integrated in a Vegetarian and Vegan diet
