Quinta Nova Vinha Centenária P28/21 Red Wine
Parcel 28, planted with the Tinta Roriz grape variety, consists of 2650 feet and a slope of 25 and is located at an altitude of between 205 and 210 metres. This variety demonstrates the challenge of winemaking and human persistence in preserving an ancient and authentic Douro. The austerity of the variety is noticeable on the palate, but at the same time, we are seduced by a somewhat contemporary sophistication which, combined with the century-old vineyard (Parcela 21), gives rise to a blend that reveals a Reference in the Portuguese Douro - a wine full of minerality, blue fruits, rich in spicy notes with a firm structure and a very narrow mouth. The high concentration, density and depth express its origin well
Quinta Nova Nossa Senhora do Carmo estate has 120ha over the Douro river, along 1.5 km on the right bank, in the heart of the Douro (subregion of Cima Corgo). Of these, 85ha are planted with carefully maintained vines, all letter A, framed in the wonderful and unique UNESCO landscape
