

Scylla Touriga Nacional is a versatile wine, ideal for accompanying red meat dishes, roasts and mature cheeses. Its complexity and elegance enhance the flavours of traditional Portuguese dishes, elevating the gastronomic experience.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 20 days at a temperature of 15ºC (70% of the batch). Fermentation in a wine press for 7 days at a temperature of 25ºC. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Ageing: 12 months in 500-litre French oak casks.
