Since 1996 the vineyard is cared for by sustainable treatments. Its large variety of grape varieties gives the wine a unique complexity, and transports the Douro to the bottle

The Quinta Vale D. Maria is a very old property in the heart of the Douro Demarcated Region.
A small but dedicated team of winemakers and winemakers - Sandra Tavares da Silva, Joana Pinhão and Cristiano van Zeller - tries to ensure that each of the wines of Porto or Douro DOC represent the best of what the Region has to offer

Stunning colour. The nose is mastered of vegetal notes, more hidden fruit. In the mouth it is less vigorous than the aroma suggested, with rounded and smooth tannins, ripe and beautiful fruit in the end
