Arinto da Peceguina from Herdade da Malhadinha Nova is a pure expression of the Arinto grape, grown in schist soils at Vinha do Olival in Albernoa, Alentejo. Harvested by hand in the early morning and gently pressed, the wine is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and varietal character. With 13% alcohol, pH 3.27, and total acidity of 5.8 g/L, it shows a clean, crisp, and vibrant style, produced in a limited edition of just 4,100 bottles.
Arinto da Peceguina White Wine opens with bright aromas of citrus and minerality, offering freshness and precision on the nose. On the palate, it is well-balanced with lively acidity, good structure, and excellent potential to develop greater complexity with bottle ageing. Perfectly suited for seafood, oysters, grilled fish, and light Mediterranean dishes, it also pairs beautifully with fresh salads, goat cheese, and sushi. Best enjoyed chilled at 10–12 °C.
