Monte da Peceguina White Wine is a fresh and vibrant white wine from Herdade da Malhadinha Nova in the Alentejo. Crafted from Antão Vaz, Arinto, Encruzado, and Viosinho grown in schist soils, it is harvested by hand in small boxes, gently pressed, and fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures. With 13.5% alcohol, balanced acidity, and a bright character, it offers aromas of white-fleshed fruit and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is textured and voluminous, with refined freshness, fruit-driven expression, and a long, elegant finish.
Monte da Peceguina White Wine is highly versatile at the table, pairing beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, sushi, and fresh salads. It also complements poultry, creamy pasta, and soft cheeses, thanks to its balance of fruit and acidity.
