<p></p><p>Noia Red Wine was inspired, dreamt up and designed from the Sangiovese, Touriga Franca and Alicante Bouschet grape varieties. The inspiration comes from the magnificent landscape of our vineyards, where the vines grow and produce high quality grapes with extraordinary potential. To design the wine was to elaborate the final blend precisely and surgically. Potentiating the tannic structure of the Sangiovese with the freshness and youthfulness of the Touriga Franca and enveloping it in the cocoa, mint and spice flavours of the Alicante Bouschet.... <p></p><p>This Indigenous White is the result of spontaneous fermentation from indigenous yeasts, i.e. from the place, the air, the surrounding environment, in barrels of 225 L without temperature control. The result is a textured wine, with some clean fruit, mixed with a good rough component, which gives it the soul of things that cannot be controlled. Try it.</p>
