<p>Vale da Mata Red Wine showcases a deep ruby or garnet hue, offering a fine, complex aroma of red and black fruits like cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, alongside hints of fresh minerality and subtle spices. On the palate, it's well-balanced and elegant, with smooth tannins and vibrant acidity that lead to a long, persistent finish. This versatile red wine pairs excellently with grilled red meats, hearty pasta dishes with meat sauces, roasts, and traditional Portuguese cuisine.</p>
<p></p><p>Casal do Paço has belonged to the family of Vasco Croft since the 17th century. It has the soul of an old Quinta, and was the starting point of the Aphros project. It extends over some 20 hectares of land and forest, six of which are vineyards and four of chestnut orchards</p>

On the palate, soft tannin side by side with a pronounced and playful acidity. Mouth attack strongly mineral, ending long, complex and persistent showing nutty and citric fruits</p>

<p></p><p>Parras Vinhos de Luís Vieira was born in 2010, currently based in Alcobaça, where the group's bottling unit is also installed.<br />Descended from a father and grandfather who have always worked with wine, Luís Vieira is the sole owner of this project. When he was five years old, he fell into a wine cellar and was almost drowned, were not his grandfather's collaborator at the time, who is now his, to have saved him. Today, he remembers this episode with grace and even says that it symbolizes his "baptism in these wine wanderings"</p>
<p></p><p>Landcraft Loureiro White is a wine with a delicate texture, an elegant and pronounced acidity and intense aromas of this variety. The entire winemaking process respects the expression of the vines as much as possible. Less intervention maximum expression!</p>
