Falcoaria Late Harvest is a DOC Tejo white dessert wine produced from Viognier (15-year-old vines) and Fernão Pires (70-year-old vines), grown in sandy “charneca” soils under an east–west sun exposure. Carefully crafted by winemakers Manuel Lobo and Joana Silva Lopes, this wine expresses both concentration and balance, achieving 13% alcohol. The combination of younger Viognier and old-vine Fernão Pires brings aromatic intensity and structural finesse.
Amber in color, Falcoaria Late Harvest presents an exuberant aromatic profile, with pronounced notes of tangerine, dried fig, apricot, and delicate orange blossom. On the palate, it is engaging and well-structured, supported by vibrant acidity that balances the natural sweetness. The finish is fresh, elegant, and remarkably persistent, confirming both its singular character and excellent capacity for aging in bottle
