<p></p><p><span>Vinul Port Quinta de la Rosa se face în fiecare an în mod tradițional, trodden în granit laagare de la struguri cultivate la Quinta de la Rosa. În fiecare an, aceștia păstrează o cantitate mică de cea mai bună calitate a porturilor LBV și mai sus. Din aceste stocuri se amestecă tonelul lor 12. Această amestecare apare în mod regulat pentru a se asigura că stocurile sunt întotdeauna proaspete. Timp de mulți ani, înainte de 1988, când au început să vândă port sub brandul La Rosa, familia Bergqvist a fost în jos la "Tonel 12" (un baril mare de țeavă păstrată în cabană sub casă) și umple decantorul plin de delicios zece ani Tawny direct de la butoi. Până în ziua de azi se referă încă la Tonel 12, în loc de Tawny în vârstă de zece ani și a decis să păstreze numele pe etichetă</span></p>
