<p></p><p>H.M.Borges was founded in 1877 by Henrique Menezes Borges, who dedicated his whole life to the search for a selection of wines produced in Madeira Island, in order to proceed to their aging. It is currently run by the fourth generation of your family.</p>

<p>In the glass, Cossart Gordon Malvasia Colheita 2008 displays a coppery-gold colour with golden nuances and brilliant clarity. The aroma is intensely characteristic: tea and marmalade, candied fruit and dried fruits such as nuts and hazelnuts. On the palate, the wine is soft, sweet and enveloping, with fresh acidity that supports its long retronasal finish evoking fruit cake, honey and brandy. <p>Visually, Cossart Gordon Sercial Vintage 1985 displays a golden topaz colour with old-gold reflections. On the nose, expect aromas of exotic smoky wood, very old brandy, and warming spices. Its palate is dry and fresh with razor-sharp acidity and a long, lingering finish featuring walnuts, aged brandy, and balsamic notes.
