For that reason, D’Oliveiras is the only Madeira Wine company that owns Madeira Wine bottles and Barrels from as far as the 1850’s that can still be commercially purchased.

      <p>Pe palat, Cossart Gordon 5 ani Bual Madeira arată o culoare clară de chihlimbar cu indicii de aur. Arome de fructe uscate, vanilie, lemn și caramelă umple nasul. Palatul este de fructe medie-dulce, neted și rotunjit, echilibrarea cu aciditate vibrantă. Cu alcool 19%, aproximativ 85 g / l zahăr și o aciditate de 6,5 g / l (tartric), acest vin straluceste ca o tratare după cină și perechi frumos cu fructe, ciocolată de lapte, prăjituri sau brânzeturi puternice. Este îmbuteliat gata să se bucure și rămâne bun timp de câteva luni după deschidere.</p>

In February of 2008 I transferred the wine to bottles of 60 liters where it has maintained until today. In this way it was possible to control the rapid concentration that this wine recorded, while it was in the process of aging in the pipes during 29 years, maintaining the balance between the sweetness and the acidity that I believe to be the ideal in this wine.</p>
