<p></p><p>The Alvarinho grapes used in the Soalheiro came from several small vineyards planted in granite soil between 100 and 200 meters and located in a very particular microclimate. Super persistent.</p> <p>An Atlantic wine from limestone soils, which calls for pairing with seafood, such as scallops, clams, hard-shell clams, which in their preparation include warm flavours, such as semi-fatty fish already with some intensity.</p>
