<p>Pe palat, Cossart Gordon Sistemul de 5 ani Madeira arată o culoare topaz cu reflecții de aur și un buchet clasic Madeira: fructe uscate, lemn și note de coajă de portocale. Este uscat și proaspăt, cu o coloană vertebrală crispei și o lungă, reîmprospătare reziduală. Cu un conținut de alcool <strong>19% abv</strong>, zahăr rezidual de ~<strong>35 g / l</strong>, și o aciditate totală a <strong>6,00 g / l</strong> (tartric), acesta funcționează excelent ca un aperitiv sau asociat cu începători, pește alb sau bucătărie condimentată / indiană. Îmbuteliate gata să bea și stabilă de câteva luni după deschidere.</p>

<p></p><p>Grapes from several quality vineyards of the Estreito de Câmara de Lobos and Prazeres area were used. Pressed grapes in pneumatic press. Interruption of fermentation by the addition of wine alcohol (96%). Tinta Negra and Verdelho stagiados in Canteiro during 5 years in French oak casks. For this lot we select wines from our warehouses, whose stable temperatures throughout the year originated this wine with balanced sugar levels and acidity.</p>

<p></p><p>The founders of D’Oliveiras were visionaries that saw the true value of Madeira Wine: its ability to improve over time. Therefore they started storing as much Madeira Wine as possible, letting it slowly mature inside the barrels for future generations to be able to enjoy it further. For that reason, D’Oliveiras is the only Madeira Wine company that owns Madeira Wine bottles and Barrels from as far as the 1850’s that can still be commercially purchased.</p>

<p></p><p>HM Borges Malvasia 50 Years Old has a brownish topaz colour with orange reflections. The palate has an intoxicating, clean, elegant and extremely complex flavour. Well-structured acidity and body in harmony with the sweetness and tannins. Sweet wine, very full-bodied and rich in old cask aromas where toasted almonds, vanilla with hints of iodine, tobacco and caramel predominate.</p> <p>The wine is aged in French and American oak casks, in the traditional process until bottling.</p> <p>This wine is delicious with dried fruit, especially walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts. It pairs well with dried fruit cakes, honey cakes, butter biscuits, dark or milk chocolate, pralines and petit-fours. It's a wine that is elegant with Portuguese and blue cheeses or even simply with a good cigar</p>
