    Cossart Gordon SEMNAL 5 ani este produs de la pur Sercial struguri și fermentat de pe piei folosind drojdie naturală la temperaturi controlate între 18-21 ° c în rezervoare din oțel inoxidabil. După aproximativ 5-6 zile, fermentarea este oprită prin fortificare cu un spirit de struguri pentru a atinge nivelul dorit de dulceață. Vinul se maturizează apoi în butoaiele americane de stejar după tradiționale "Canteiro" Metodă, care implică transferarea treptată a vinului de la loft-uri mai calde în cabane la spații de răcire la pardoseală din Funchal, permițând încălzirea blândă și normalizarea treptată a temperaturii.
