<p></p><p>Quinta da Nogueira vineyards are in clayey soils, with a natural freshness and salinity, without irrigation, uniques, marked by the influence of a natural microclimate at the foot of the Serra de Todo-o-Mundo (“All-the-World Mountain”) and by the proximity to the Atlantic sea, which is 20 km away. In the approximately 20 hectares of vineyards at Quinta do Porto Nogueira - with DOC Óbidos classification - each parcel of vineyard is treated and valued as unique and different, and all them wines are produced with the pleasure and well-being of those who enjoy them.</p> <p>Currently, Quinta do Porto Nogueira vineyards are conducted in Biological Production mode.</p>

<p></p><p>Monte Bluna Reserva Rosé has a deep pink colour. The aroma is in style, emphasised by the quality and remarkable richness of its many dimensions. Serious, it is enveloped in well-integrated wood set against a limestone backdrop that lingers in the memory. On the palate it's elegant, exquisite in its balance between generosity of body, full of substance and vibrant freshness. The finish is wonderfully long and enveloping.</p>
<p>AdegaMãe Viosinho offers a vibrant, intense aroma with prominent floral notes of jasmine and white fruit like peaches, complemented by deep minerality and subtle hints of dried lemon. On the palate, it's characterized by a fresh, lively acidity beautifully balanced by a light body and a delicate creaminess from <i>batonnage</i>. It also delivers stone fruit flavors, a saline finish, and a persistent, deep character. This versatile wine pairs exceptionally well with sushi, grilled and roasted fish, seafood, and light white meats, making it an excellent choice for a variety of culinary experiences.</p>
<p> AdegaMãe Sauvignon Blanc White Wine presents a bright, clear citrus color. On the nose, it boasts tremendous aromatic intensity, characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc. You'll find prominent green components like chopped pod vegetables, asparagus, and sometimes raw tomato leaf, alongside tropical notes such as passion fruit and lychee. It can also present subtle hints of citrus and floral notes. On the palate, it is equally intense and vibrant, with a crisp, fresh acidity beautifully balanced by the fruit. It shows good body, which can be enhanced by lees contact, leading to a lively, intense, and persistent finish.</p>

It comes from a vineyard over 40 years old, located at Moinho do Céu (Sky Mill), in Arruda dos Vinhos, Lisbon, and is the result of criteria and detail. It is the gift of the best selection of grapes in the vineyard and cellar and of a gentle and generous maceration, fermentation and transformation, aimed at complexity, potency, seduction and elegance.</p> <p></p>
