Dry and delicate with pleasant aromas of red fruits. In the palate it is fresh and fruity, showing once again notes of red fruits, raspberries, cherries and herbs. Good body and structure with a long fruit persistency at the finish

Pressing after total destemming. Fermentation 10.000 litres vats, with pumping over system and temperature control at 28º-30º Celsius. Skin contact maceration and cap (submerged) for 28 days
