Tasting Notes
Crystalline appearance and orange color, with a very intense floral aroma, and with a high content of phenolic compounds, marked in the taste by the high acidity and bitter reminding the acidity of the walnut.
Vinification
After the "destemming" and without pressing, the grapes were submitted to an intense and long maceration, with applied shelf process, to a unique fermentation and different from all other white wines.
