Valle do Nídeo Reserva White presents a yellow color. Aromas of plum and white pepper, mixed with fresh bay leaves and a light, very elegant smoke. In the tasting it presents a fresh impact, being the middle of the tasting soft and involving. Persistent finish, good balance between acidity and alcohol, unctuous and persistent. 

Herminio Miguel Abrantes is the producer of Valle do Nideo.

Valle do Nídeo Reserva White was born in the vineyards of the Upper Douro Region. The schist soil (450 m high) gives this wine a robust and striking body.

The olives are harvested by hand in order to preserve the structure of the tree. The olives are sent directly to the mill in plastic food boxes with a capacity of 25kg. No olives are picked from the ground. Extraction is carried out mechanically at low temperatures, where a continuous two-phase extraction is then carried out. The decanting process lasts between 2 and 3 months.</p>
