The combination of very hot, dry summers and cold, wet winters results in low yields but with high quality grapes.<br />The products sold from Quinta da Deserta are certified.</p>

On the palate, Baga wines are generally characterized by their high acidity and firm, well-structured tannins, leading to a long, persistent finish.
