<p>Porta dos Cavaleiros Branco is a distinguished white wine from the Dão region, produced by Caves São João. Crafted from a classic blend of Bical, Cerceal, Encruzado, and Malvasia Fina, fermented in stainless steel under temperature control, it reveals a pale citrine-yellow colour and a delicate aroma of fresh fruit, floral notes, and a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, it is elegant, fresh, and persistent, with refined acidity and a clean, crisp finish — a superb companion for seafood, grilled fish, salads, or lean meats, served chilled at 10–12 °C</p>

<p></p><p>The vines that make Textura da Estrela Red Wine have around 25 to 60 years old, in granite soils and with a production that never exceeds 4,5 tons per hectare. Vila Nova de Tazem (Serra da Estrela sub region) is a terroir where the labels “Textura da Estrela” comes from. This is a low intervention red wine in which we do short pump-overs in the first days of fermentation and then only cap management. Results in a very typical Dão reflecting their genuine terroir and sense of place</p>

The Druida were wise men of Celtic origin who sought to attain spiritual balance throught nature's equilibrium. <br />Druida and Vidente wines are just that, a pursuit for balance with the utmost respect for nature. This is a personal project driven by passion for wines, where the grapes are the real stars and winemaking is of minimal intervention. Dão is the main region and base of the Mira do Ó wines, the home fo the Druida and Vidente</p>
