<p>Pe notele de degustare, Casa da Passarella Vila Oliveira Crobrruzado afișează de obicei o citrice la culoarea gălbui. Aroma este complexă și elegantă, cu note de fructe albe (cum ar fi Lychee, Peach White), citrice (coaja de portocale, var) și nuanțe minerale, rășinoase sau fumoase, uneori cu indicii de alune sau pâine prăjită de la îmbătrânirea barilului. Pe palat, este un vin structurat, plin de corp, proaspăt și elegant, prezentând un echilibru excelent între corp și aciditate, cu o finisare lungă, precisă și persistentă. Pentru împerecherea alimentelor, acest vin versatil este ideal cu mâncăruri de pește structurate, fructe de mare, carne albă (cum ar fi păsările de curte prăjite sau tocană), paste cremoase cu ciuperci și brânzeturi moi sau în vârstă. On the palate we are surprised by its vibrant acidity and freshness, with tannins that are present but already partially soft, due to the long ageing in vats, without showing any presence of wood in the wine. It's a wine that stands out for its persistence and ability to age in the bottle for another 10 to 15 years. It should be consumed in moderation.</p>
