<p></p><p>Casa Ermelinda Freitas este o marcă de vin recunoscută de lume pentru vinurile sale magnifice. De la începuturile sale, a făcut calitatea podgoriilor și vinurilor o prioritate de vârf. Când compania a început pentru prima dată, vinurile au fost produse și vândute en-gros și desființate. A fost gestionarea actuală care a decis să preia provocarea care este implicată în crearea unui vin propriu de brand. 1997 a fost anul noului început al companiei, cu vinuri roșii, cu vin roșu "Terras do Po Tinto", fiind primul care a fost produs și îmbuteliat în incinta vinăriei Ermelinda Freitas.</p>

<p>Cartuxa Red Vin toarnă o culoare intensă de granule. Aroma sa este complexă și elegantă, cu note de fructe roșii și negre coapte frumos integrate cu atingeri de condimente, tutun și vanilie din timpul său în lemn. Pe palat, este un vin cu tanini ferme și încă rotunjite și o aciditate echilibrată, ceea ce duce la o finisare lungă, persistentă și complexă. Acest profil structurat îl face o pereche excelentă de vase de carne roșie, de joc și de carne de porc prăjită, precum și mâncăruri bogate de cuptor și brânzeturi semi-vindecate sau în vârstă.</p>

<p></p><p>The wine that gave origin to this winery was the "Druida", back in 2012, and all the wines that followed are true to its original idea. The Druida were wise men of Celtic origin who sought to attain spiritual balance throught nature's equilibrium. <br />Druida and Vidente wines are just that, a pursuit for balance with the utmost respect for nature. This is a personal project driven by passion for wines, where the grapes are the real stars and winemaking is of minimal intervention. The winemaking operation has been a family activity for several generations, in the beginning they were delivering their grapes at the Adega Cooperativa.
