Tasting Notes
Citrine yellow color. Very complex, with obvious mineral notes, gunpowder, phosphorus, dried vegetable, citrus and dried flowers. It has great taste freshness, is elegant and quite persistent.

Created from the best grapes of the Arinto grape variety, which were harvested manually on September 23, 2014, de-stemmed and crushed, then macerated for 48 hours.
Ageing
Stage on lees, in barrel, lasted for 8 months.
