Carlos Reynolds is a vibrant, approachable red wine from Alentejo, crafted by the esteemed Reynolds Wine Growers at Herdade Figueira de Cima under the watchful enology of Nelson Martins. It blends Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Alfrocheiro, and Trincadeira, each vine hand-harvested at night and vinified separately in French Seguin Moreau oak vats under precise temperature control. After malolactic fermentation in the same French oak, the wine was aged for 12 months in barrel and then spent an additional year in bottle before release.
On the nose,Carlos Reynolds Red Wine shows fresh, fruit-forward aromas—rich in black plum, cherry, and hints of floral compote. The palate delivers elegant yet concentrated flavors, with smooth tannins, balanced structure, and a lingering, refined finish. Served at 16–18 °C, this easy-drinking and versatile red pairs well with everyday meals, grilled meats, pastas, and cheeses
