Monte Velho Red was launched for the first time in 1992, its name comes from the monte located next to the Caridade reservoir, at Herdade do Espor. At the time, the wine boasted the same origin and philosophy as Espor Reserva but was created to reach more people and make daily wine consumption an experience.

<p>Quinta da Venda Ad Aeternum White Wine presents bright citrus-yellow in color, it offers complex aromas of white and yellow stone fruits, delicate oak spice, and a touch of vanilla. The palate is structured yet fresh, with elegant acidity and a long, refined finish. A superb gastronomic wine, perfect with grilled fish, shellfish, white meats, charcuterie, or aged cheeses. Serve at 12 °C to enjoy its full expression.</p>
<p>After careful harvesting at optimal ripeness, the grapes undergo total destemming, gentle pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16 ºC. Cartuxa White Wine is then aged on fine lees with bâtonnage for nine months, adding richness and complexity. Bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas combine with subtle floral notes and a touch of minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with well-integrated acidity and a smooth, lingering finish. With 13% alcohol, this white is best served at 10–12 ºC and pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, and Mediterranean-inspired dishes.</p>

<p>Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Barcelo displays a citrine color. The nose is elegant and complex, offering notes of white fruits (like yellow plum and lychee) and melon, intertwined with mineral, floral, and subtle toasted oak nuances. On the palate, it is remarkably fresh and elegant, with depth and tension, complemented by spicy notes and a prolonged finish. Its full-bodied yet fresh profile makes it a versatile pairing for grilled fatty fish, seafood, white meats, light and fresh salads, and various vegetable dishes</p>
<p>Cartuxa Red Wine pours an intense garnet color. Its aroma is complex and elegant, with notes of ripe red and black fruits beautifully integrated with touches of spices, tobacco, and vanilla from its time in wood. On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine with firm yet rounded tannins and a balanced acidity, leading to a long, persistent, and complex finish. This structured profile makes it an excellent pairing for dishes of red meat, game, and roasted pork, as well as rich oven dishes and semi-cured or aged cheeses.</p>
