<p></p><p>Casa Ermelinda Freitas este o marcă de vin recunoscută de lume pentru vinurile sale magnifice. De la începuturile sale, a făcut calitatea podgoriilor și vinurilor o prioritate de vârf. Când compania a început pentru prima dată, vinurile au fost produse și vândute en-gros și desființate. A fost gestionarea actuală care a decis să preia provocarea care este implicată în crearea unui vin propriu de brand. 1997 a fost anul noului început al companiei, cu vinuri roșii, cu vin roșu "Terras do Po Tinto", fiind primul care a fost produs și îmbuteliat în incinta vinăriei Ermelinda Freitas.</p>

<p></p><p>Ode Semillon is a wine from a grape variety that is not very common in Portugal and is often associated with the production of sweet wines. The producer wanted to create a drier style of wine, with a low alcohol content and high natural acidity. Part of this wine (15%) was aged in new 500 litre French oak barrels for 5 months to add texture and precision. Dry, with citrus notes of lemon and lime, as well as green apple. Long, mineral finish.</p> <p>As a young wine this pairs really well with simply grilled or fried seafood. Fully mature it is a perfect match for slow roast pork or poultry such as pheasant</p>

<p></p><p>Ode Arinto is a white wine with high natural acidity and low alcohol, Arinto has the ability to age very well. 50% of this wine was aged in new 500 litre French oak barrels for 5 months. A truly elegant example of this variety's potential, with beautiful pear and green apple fruit, quince and subtle vanilla.</p> <p>A great wine with delicate flavours and rich sauces. With high natural acidity it is a great wine for duck confit. It also works well with mushroom dishes like risotto and soft cheeses</p>
