    The wine has a light straw colour and it displays a fresh citric aroma with hints of minerals. In the mouth, you feel a lovely weight and a crisp acidity, which balances well with its sweet fruitiness

    The grapes at low temperature before crushing them directly into the press, where they macerated for a few hours. The must was fermented two weeks at 18°C, to respect the purity of the grape
