Aromas are rich and complex, featuring dried fruits, toffee and spices. The flavour is sweet, concentrated and full in the mouth, with layers of mellow fruits, citrus-like orange notes and spice, finishing long and delicious. It has an alcohol content of 19%, high residual sugar (~115 g/L) and total acidity of 6.5 g/L (tartaric). It is excellent with desserts, rich chocolate puddings, fruit-based sweets or cheeses, and remains stable for several months after opening.</p>
